“Tortillas de harina” or flour tortillas are a Mexican flatbread. Here at Cruz Farm we decided to share our vegan tortilla recipe with you. We keep it simple, flour, vegetable shortening, baking powder, salt and water. No preservatives are added so make sure you refrigerate or freeze to enjoy later.
